In-House Lab Support & Metal Finishing
When it comes to finishing your parts, you have to be sure of the consistency and effectiveness of any process. So Best Metal Finishing offers complete in-house lab support for all our processes. We analyze our chemical solutions with titration analysis and atomic absorption spectroscopy. Tests are performed on a dynamic use schedule, based on plated product configuration and line output to ensure optimal bath chemistry. All new solutions and processes are jar tested in our lab prior to production utilization. We use the latest computer controlled x-ray fluorescence system to check plating thickness and to conduct SPC control charts. First piece inspection, PPAP and certificates of conformance are also available. With Best Metal Finishing, you not only see the results you want, you get the information you need.
